Our Support Services
Prepaid Support aims to ensure Matt O’Bell Ltd delivers maximum value to our clients from the use of OpenERP after implementation by responding to questions on the use of the system as well as fixing bugs whenever these arise.
Our support covers work done offsite and onsite at client premises to resolve issues, fix bugs and support the functional use of the software and is often required after the 3-months’ post implementation support.
It excludes migration services provided by OpenERP under its maintenance contract.
